Σε περίπτωση που το προϊόν δεν σας ικανοποιεί μπορείτε να το επιστρέψετε μέσα σε 14 ημερολογιακές μέρες από την παραλαβή της παραγγελίας σας. Αλλαγές και επιστροφές χρημάτων γίνονται μόνο εφόσον το προϊόν που επιστρέφεται, είναι στην αρχική του κατάσταση.
Τα έξοδα αποστολής για την αλλαγή του προϊόντος, τόσο στην Ελλάδα, όσο και στο εξωτερικό, επιβαρύνουν τον πελάτη. Αν για οποιοδήποτε λόγο δεν κάνετε αλλαγή στο προϊόν ή δεν επιλέξετε να κρατήσετε πιστωτικό υπόλοιπο, και επιθυμείτε επιστροφή χρημάτων, τότε τα έξοδα αποστολής εξαιρούνται της επιστροφής. Το ίδιο ισχύει και για παραγγελίες με δωρεάν έξοδα αποστολής. Αν η επιστροφή του προϊόντος ήταν σε παραγγελία με δωρεάν έξοδα αποστολής, τα έξοδα αποστολής εξαιρούνται της επιστροφής. Αν το προϊόν είναι ελαττωματικό τα έξοδα αποστολής επιβαρύνουν την εταιρία μας.
Οι επιστροφές χρημάτων γίνονται
In case the product does not satisfy you, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order. Changes and refunds are made only if the returned product is in its original condition.
Shipping costs for the change of the product, both in Greece and abroad, are borne by the customer. If for any reason you do not change the product or do not choose to keep a credit balance, and you want a refund, then shipping costs are excluded from the refund. The same goes for orders with free shipping. If the return of the product was in order with free shipping, shipping costs are excluded from the return. If the product is defective, the shipping costs are borne by our company.
Refunds are made within 14 calendar days from the day we receive the product. The product is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods. If you choose the courier company with which we work, you have the option to charge the shipping costs to our code in order to benefit from a better price. Shipping will be added to the new shipment or will be excluded from the refund. If the parcel is sent by post, we reserve the right to refuse receipt, as all parcels must be delivered to our address.
Products that are purchased at a discount of 50% or more or belong to older collections, are accepted only for changes or in the form of a credit balance and not for a refund. The same goes for gift cards. The credit balance is valid for 1 year and is valid for all collections.
The proof of purchase must be included in the return of the product.

In case of change from abroad, the financial difference of the products as well as the shipping costs, must be returned to us through a bank deposit. For the exact amount, you will be informed via email. You will find the bank details on the receipt.
